AMS Ltd formed in 1995. It is a project management company which is client focussed and sympathetic to the workings of organisations and their various influences, constraints and pressures.
The principal directors are Stephen Martin and Alistair Arbuckle. Stephen Martin was formerly part of the property management team for Scottish Provident and TSB. His role involved all aspects of building facilities design and management. This also utilised and enhanced Stephen’s earlier experience in architectural design, space planning and contract management.
Alistair Arbuckle joined AMS Ltd as a fellow director during 1997 bringing with him extensive building services design and project management experience. He originally worked for a multi-disciplinary consultancy company and subsequently within the property group of IBM (UK) Ltd. He was responsible for a multitude of technical capital projects, from their feasibility through to their design and construction. AMS Ltd are located at their head office in Edinburgh and have several satellite offices throughout the UK.
